Our Mission
It is our mission to provide patients with high-quality, modern dentistry in a friendly, caring, and comfortable environment. We are committed to excellence in our field and will utilize the latest technological advances to ensure you receive the absolute finest care possible.
Your First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of any necessary X-rays, photos, diagnosis and a consultation regarding your treatment options. If you are in extreme pain, we will do our best to see you, on most occasions, the same day that you call. We will make every effort to relieve your pain through emergency treatment, and then schedule you for the necessary follow-ups.
If you have dental insurance, bring your current insurance card. If you don’t have one, we will need the subscriber number, group number, and phone number. This will save time and allow us to help you in the processing of your claim.
All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.). Please bring an updated list of any medications you are taking.
X-Rays
If your previous dentist or physician has taken X-rays, please have them forwarded to our office as they may be helpful in our diagnosis. A digital radiograph can be emailed to us. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
